2016 Mustang Bullitt
2016 Mustang Bullitt – The Bullitt Mustang. Each time Ford introduced it as a special edition, first as an SN95/New Ford Edge car, then as an S197, was the coolest variant available at the time. The Ford Mustang GT-based limited-run cars paid homage to Steve McQueen’s iconic ’68 Ford GT390 fastback from the crime thriller, Bullitt. So it’s easy to understand why there’d be enthusiasm for a new one. And it’s a safe bet that Ford will one day return to that well—just not now. 2016 Mustang Bullitt Release Date Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Germany, Europe, UEA, Qatar, Philippines
2016 Mustang Bullitt Spy Photos
A new set of spy photos purports to show a 2015 Ford Mustang Bullitt testing in the wild, but as exciting a notion as that may be, the reality is otherwise. First, a Bullitt would have no pony in the grille, as Ford established with the 2008 car. What’s shown in these photos is actually a garden-variety 2016 Ford Mustang Bullitt V6, painted in the new greenish-gray color called Guard and shod in optional 18-inch five-spoke wheels. The tipoff that it’s got the base engine is the badge on the rear end.

2016 Mustang Bullitt Specs Engine
EcoBoost Mustangs have a plain running pony, V6 Ford Mustangs have the pony with the three vertical bars behind it, and GTs just say “2016 Mustang Bullitt GT” in that spot. So, the bad news is this: you won’t be able to get a Bullitt Mustang when the new car goes on sale later this year. The good news? As shown above, you’ll be able to spec a reasonable facsimile of one, with the engine of your choosing, to boot. Everybody wins.
